Transmission Line Condition Monitoring Method Based on Binocular Vision and Edge Computing for Line Changing Robot

Efficient and accurate state detection of transmission cables is an important means to ensure reliable transmission. Aiming realize fast efficient cable analysis with the help a binocular vision tool on loop dismantling robot, this paper proposes recognition method combining motion control image segmentation technology. In method, fuzzy P I D adopted that wire removal robot can high-precision rapid response effectively improve collection quality sample set. Meanwhile, aiming achieve faster more data acquisition analysis, model sunk edge side, constructed based RCNN at network in-depth extraction feature information, enhance effect model, speed model. The simulation results show accuracy proposed 97.54%, its calculation time 1.034 s, which research under complex working conditions.
